Offices and Services

Business Address Virtual Office

We charge £35.00 per month for this service with no minimum time commitment. We also provide a discounted Annual Saver for a 12 month service at £385 resulting in a months saving when compared to the monthly service option. The Virtual Office service includes collection and forwarding of your post. Scanning of post and our Registered Office facility is also available as an optional additional service.

We require one month's deposit together with the first month's fee on the monthly service, with the discounted Annual service payable in advance. Ash House is not a VAT registered company therefore no VAT is additional to this price.

You will need to supply us with a copy of your passport/driving licence and a utility bill less than 3 months old.

Registered Office facility

Available at £130 per annum for Companies House registered office service including registering your company at our office. The Registered Office facility is discounted to £50 per annum for Virtual Office clients on an Annual Saver service. Your company address can be registered at 8 Second Cross Road Twickenham TW2 5RF on the Registered Office facility.

Our services includes collection and forwarding of all Companies House and HMRC post to a UK address. We can also provide an additional scanning service at an additional £20 charge. For international addresses please contact us and we can confirm pricing.

We are registered with Richmond Council as a mail forwarding/holding business.

Offices

Our offices are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week, and provide secure and flexible office facilties at competitive rates for small businesses looking for a base in the Twickenham area. A selection of offices are available and discounts can be provided for longer term or multi office arrangements. Vat is not payable on our office rentals.

Regular cleaning is provided and wireless internet services for offices are included. Telephone services can also be provided upon request. Several shared parking spaces are available for offices and is also availabile on the surrounding roads.

Location

Our offices a short walk from Strawberry Hill station offering easy access to London, with direct services to Waterloo taking just over half an hour, and regular services running through Clapham Junction and Richmond. Twickenham is also located close to the A3, the M3 and the M4, giving easy access to London Heathrow, south west of London.

Mail Collection, Scanning and Forwarding services

Your mail is sorted and held securely for you daily. We will email you to inform you when post arrives. Collection can be arranged between 6am and 8.30pm 7 days a week with min 1 working days prior notice required for collection outside of normal reception hours of 2-3pm.

Scanning of post can also be arranged by prior agreement and authorisation as an additional optional service at £7.50 per month on a reasonable volume and frequency basis for Virtual Office clients. For Registered Office facility service scanning is included at £20.

Small to medium sized parcels (which fit in small cabinet) can also be received and held for you for collection by prior arrangement. You will need to contact us to arrange this in advance with at least 1 days notice before delivery. We will email you to confirm receipt and to arrange collection. Our parcel holding services are included on a reasonable size volume and frequency basis for Virtual Office clients, and can also be arranged at additional optional service of £5.00 per small item where using our Registered Office facility by request. Ash House Business Centre Services charge additional fees based on volume and postal costs, parcel receipt without prior notification, and extended parcel holding charges over 7 days from confirming your parcel has been received. 2.2. Occupiers and visiting our Offices.  When you visit or occupy Ash House Business Centre, you will be required to provide your details and the company you work for. You also may use our internet services upon request.

The personal information you provide may include your name, company address, e-mail address, phone number and other information about yourself to enable us to provide you with our services and device information where connecting to internet services.

8.0 WI-FI 8.1. Licensee occupiers may by discretion be provided a secure logon that will grant access to browse the internet only.  Access to the internet is provided for your sole use as occupier only and should not be shared with any other persons, or occupiers within or guests to the premises.  Personal device security including firewalls, and anti virus software is recommended by users of internet services.
